Does not live up to the Sony name.
This stereo is not nearly loud enough. I don’t know what is wrong with it but this can’t be the loudest it goes. If it sounded better then I would improve the rating but to me it sounds like a cheap 50 dollar stereo. My UE boom Bluetooth speaker sounds better than this.

A good equipment for classical music
I am a classical music listener. This one is good enough for most classical CDs. I like it very much. It’s price is also reasonable.

Volume on Max is negligible
This has almost no volume. I have a 40 year old clock radio that is louder on high than this unit is on high. I am returning it. You couldn't karaoke this thing at a toddler's party.
