My dog plays with this non-stop, he loves it! It took a little while for him to get the hang of it, but now he plays all the time!

So this is a really great machine. Was gonna buy another one as this one got wet accidentally and quit working. It has doubled in price in 2 years. Will not be replacing, not buying into the "everything is goin up". Its made of plastic from china probably. Not worth the money now imo

Both of my dogs love this toy. The only thing I don't like is if they stop playing with it for about 15 minutes it shuts it's self off.

The media could not be loaded.  I loved it and more importantly my dog loved it ! It took about a week to teach him what to do but now he is playing all on his own ! Great toy !

It worked twice. And now it doesn't work at all.....EDIT: After contacting the company they sent me a new one right away! Great customer service!

This product is definitely a cool concept but it's tiny. If you have a big dog then this is not the ball thrower for you. The balls are so small I never gave them to my large golden retriever because they would be a choking hazard. Unfortunately I waited too long to open the box and I'm past my return window now so I'm stuck with this thing. I decided to try it out anyways. It makes a weird noise when the ball launches that freaks my dog out and he won't go near it. So if you have a brave little dog that loves playing fetch then this may be a good toy for you. Definitely would not recommend to anyone that has medium to large dogs though.

The machine works fine, but for shooting out to 10 feet comes up short. The 30 foot distance was fantastic. The balls are a little small but works fine. Great for a small dog indoors.

I like it!! It works exactly how it was advertised!
