bought two chairsOne chair is too close, width no enough to seat a normal person, only a thin person can sit comfortably.Other one was good. Care to be taken on desptach for Quality check

This is a great product for the money that you spend. You can easily sit on this chair for long working hours and work from home. The only reason I deducted 1 star is because of the lack of clear information that should have been supplied for assembling the chair.Pros:1) Great comfort.2) Ergonomic design that gives you a nice back support.3) You can lock the back portion for steady support. You can unlock it for reclining.4) It has lumber support as well which is extremely beneficial for people suffering from lower back pain.Cons:1) Chair picture shows a separate knob for locking the back support. However, in reality the height adjustment and lock happens using the same knob. Picture is misleading that way.Conclusion: With a budget of 3-3.5k, you will not find a better ergonomic chair than this. I bought this for WFH reason due to COVID 19.

Chair is supplied on time and chair is very comfortable at this price. Material is also good.

Nuts and Bolts do not align. Low quality screws.I got the product today and I'm already regretting it.Definitely not worth the money.

I have tried a lot of similar chairs with most of them creating backpain.This design is really good. I'm not having any trouble after 2 months use.

The product is defective one I have to return it but disposed the package without it it’s not possible to return as it’s bottom front is fixed wrongly with the attached handles in wrong position . Before I could assemble my maid disposed the packing without my knowledge .
