As an endeavour to incorporate more magnesium into our lives, I bought these magnesium flakes to make magnesium spray to spray on our feet before bed as I’ve read it might help with sleep.The magnesium flakes dissolve nicely in water and they seem to be helping with a more restful sleep!I will try them as a natural deodorant as well!

Making your own Magnesium Oil
i use to buy expensive Magnesium oil until i found a "Do it yourself" video on Youtube how to make your own. Just water + Magnesium flakes= Magnesium oil for a fraction of the price
