All I did was change a battery after about a year. Just like that. There was probably no need for the change.That apart, it is going strong - working the way it should.The locker has just sufficient space for some cash, some jewellery, a wallet and a passport or two. Perfect for routine use (opening about twice a day). For longer storage needs, please buy a big one.

We have three of these at home already. Bought one as a gift for my mother and the piece came in defective. The battery ran out in the first two hours. Upon contacting customer care they put me onto a local service agent, who was prompt enough to come and take a look at the product. He said it was a battery problem and changed the battery. In the following two days we changed about 5 batteries but it was no use. Now I am stuck with a locker that does not work. I am unable to return it as I could not find the return option easily on the Amazon page as well.

First of all, it's a great product. It exactly does what it promised. Please understand before you buy, it's a safe for your daily regular things like wallet, keys, etc. It cannot be treated as a regular safe. Yes the safe can be easily lifted and taken away, but moving it starts an alarm.Pros:1. It looks good.2. It works flawlessly, the touch pad is nice and responsive.3. The build quality is good and strong.Cons:1. It does not come with a set up instruction.When you unbox it, you feel a bit clueless. Actually it comes with everything inside the safe itself. The user manual, warranty card, and most importantly the 9V battery. First thing you need to do is read the manual and insert the battery in its place (it's marked and just in the front left). Then change the password according to the instructions in the user manual. You are ready to go.

This message is for Godrej Secrity Solutions :I don't understand why brand like Godrej misses some important yet easy to add feature in product like this. After using this product for few weeks, I would say its OK and serves its purpose as described. However, as it is a product that people would keep in open space or in easily accessible place, it might happen in one or another family that unwanted access is tried to this box. Just one attempt every day to check if key is discovered. I agree that mathematically it would take years to reach to a 6 digit code however, one in million case, unauthorized person can get it open successfully.So, I am expecting Godrej to add a very small feature to this product. That is basically adding some kind of indicator inside the box that will show if a incorrect pin is attempted by anyone.. even one attempt, be it by authorized user or unauthorized user. This will alert authorized user that someone around him/her is trying to open the box.Thinking next level, if would be better that inside component is a clock that would show date and time when last unauthorized attempt was made so owner would be in a position to narrow down suspect.An Idea.. its upto Godrej indeed to consider or simply discard...One more thing... sound/beeps are very low.... Godrej should enhance its sound's capacity so that a panic loud sound can be heard from every corner of the house even during normal day time when a lot noise travels around us, in the house.

This product certainly deserves a 5 star rating. I saw some reviews complaining about some technical issues but I faced none of them. This safe is for your keys, wallet etc. It may not be a product to ward off robbers but it can certainly prevent pilferage. It is a good looking product, easy to operate and gives out a sound in case tampered with. You can tell your staff or servants that it gives a sound and only you can stop the sound. That will discourage curious people fidling with it. I have it on a sturdy table so the alarm doesn’t go off easily. Enough space for my keys, wallet, cards and some papers. Love it.

Worst product, bought on may 2023, product starting showing defect & out of order in june 2024, with in one year & one month, product was taken to godrej repair service center, but they said to repair will cost around 9000/- , for biting new it cost lesser than 6000/-. I was stunt to hear such worse service frm godrej. This is too much of product & customer insult. worst product experience

If you have maids in the house and want to keep valuables like wallets and regular use small jewellery under lock and key while they go about their household chores and you don't want to carry physical keys either for fear of misplacing and searching for them or simply inconvenient for you, then this is the product to go for. It's small enough to sit on your study table or fit in your cupboard drawer..although you must understand That it can't fit more than 3 or 4 regular size men's wallets and some other knickknacks like ear rings, chains, cards etc. Easy to operate and install by reading instructions in manual. Sturdy enough to dissuade servants from physical tampering. Serves purpose for what it is intended to do.

Awesome packaging done by amazon !!Product review:Pros: 1.Easy to Carry 2.Touch screen is absolutely smooth. 3.Working mini safe with a primitive touch screen run by a 9 volt battery..well that is awesome. 4.Developers and Designers have done a great job in creating a sleek and stylish safe.Cons: 1.Although the safe looks great..not much space to place enough valuables.If u place a mobile,wallet and a wristwatch..space is done for. 2.Inner layer of the safe is made by a grossest material.It's so rough that it can scratch the back side of your iphone if haven't placed carefully. 3.Wiring for this safe can be done better. 4.Default battery provided to you will be a GP 9 volt alkaline battery,Mine was pretty much messySo to sum this up,a fine product for occasional use (routine if you are thrifty enough to spend bucks on batteries) with a stylish look ✌🏻
