Vegan time release vitamin B12 for metabolism & energy❣️
I’m doing everything I can to boost my metabolism so that I can loose the final remaining pounds on my weight loss journey. So, this supplement caught my attention. I think that the time-release of this has helped curb my food cravings and snacking for energy. From the product description: “Multiple Benefits: Vitamin B12 is vital for healthy blood cells and supporting the nervous and digestive systems, but it is probably most popular as an energy booster. Vitamin B12 enables our body to convert carbohydrates into glucose producing energy for our bodies.” Yes, I like this, it feels right.Wow, “Created through Fermentation”, which makes these vegan. I really like this idea and have myself, experienced many benefits from fermented food. This is a very good price for a 60 day supply of such a high quality product. It seems to be working well for me, so, I highly recommend 👍🏻🥇

It’s a vitamin and it’s vegan
While I am not a vegan, I have been a vegetarian for close to 33 years. But I do have two cousins who made the vegan leap about 7 years ago, so I tested this for all of us.If you are familiar with vitamins, you know they don’t work overnight, or usually even with the first, or third bottle. It’s a cumulative effect that takes time, so having only one bottle and somewhat of a deadline makes it somewhat difficult to give a full review, but here’s what I can tell you.The first thing is these B vitamins don’t have that awful smell. If you have taken B vitamins, you know that putrid smell I’m talking about. They are incredibly easy to swallow, and most importantly, easy to digest. I tend to get stomach upset with all vitamins, so this one is huge. (For those of you who do have problems taking pills, use a straw. It works.)Bottom line: these seem like a great choice for those of us who need some B without the beef. Highly recommended.

There is an aftertaste
Like most pressed vitamins there is a bit of a vitamin after taste. I didn’t notice much in the ways of the benefits being advertised by the company. I did get through the afternoon sleepiest without needing caffeine though.

As good as any other I've gotten
My bottle expires in 11 months. There are 60 pills in this well-sealed little bottle, and they look similar to every other B12 supplement I've ever had. The label states that these are free from gluten, sugar, wheat and dairy. The dose is one pill daily to be taken with food and a glass of water - so you're getting a 2-month supply. These are 1000 μg (1000 micrograms) which is certainly much higher than the 2.4 μg suggested by the NIH; however, your body will rid itself of any excess, so going over isn't usually a problem aside from a possible headache. As to the claim of sustained release, increased energy, metabolism support, etc. all I know is that I've got a B12 deficiency and that supplements have never provided me with any sort of noticeable energy or faster metabolism. I can't say these are any different; I notice nothing. I have blood work coming up in a couple weeks, though, and will come back and update if I go back to being B12 deficient as a result of using these. I don't expect to; they seem fine. They're just not any more a magic bullet than any other brand.

Easy to swallow
Firstly we need to commend the producers for using a tiny container for tiny tablets and not some huge plastic container like other vitamins come in.My partner has been taking these as per the recommended dose as she has low vit B12 and always struggles with low energy levels.Since taking them for the previous week she has noticed an improvement to her energy levels slightly. Hopefully over time as these get in her system more the effect will be felt even more but nonetheless its a promising start. The tablet is very small in size and as such its very easy to swallow which is a bonus especially if you struggle taking tablets. The 60 tablets or two months supply would seem to offer very good value for money.

High dose, tiny tablets, tiny container, no nasties.
I usually prefer capsules to tablets, because they are easier to swallow and contain fewer un-necessary elements. However, these tablets, despite being high dose, are so tiny I can't imagine many people would find them hard to swallow. I certainly don't. Vegetology only lists a total of 4 ingredients, with no nasties and no carbs. Reviewers often complain that they are sent supplements in containers that are far too large for their contents. Those reviewers would be delighted here. This is the smallest supplement container I have ever received, just right for the miniature B12 pills within.I am glad these are high dose, but as a previous reviewer points out, such a high dose may not be right for everyone. In my case, I was alerted by a video on Youtube from Dr Berry that people taking certain prescription meds. may not be absorbing B12 properly. Unfortunately, the NHS does not offer tests for vitamin deficiency, so I will have to gamble on my being in need of a B12 supplement. Others might feel they can get by with just a broad spectrum B vitamin supplement, or even hope to get enough B vitamins from food. (Difficult if, like me, you are following a very low carb / keto diet.)NB it appears that B12 in particular and B vitamins in general are very important for our health.

Good
These B12 tablets are very small and arrive in a very cute pot-The pot is very small, I couldn't believe that there was going to be 60 tablets inside. One benefit opf a pot this small is that it could very easily be taken with you on the go in your pocket or a bag. The small tablets are easy to swallow and have a good dosage of 1000ug. This is a good amount for someone like myself with a B12 deficiency, but for normal people that amount is too high and not ideal to take daily. I also noticed they dissolve very fast so maybe you could take them that way too. The price of just over £7 for 60 is ok when compared to other and works out around 12p per tablet
