Twinings Liquorice and Spearmint Herbal Tea bags, 20 Tea bags

As a liquorice lover, this tastes amazing. I somehow feel fresh and calm after drinking this and I will keep repurchasing this forever.

This tea is a revelation, perfect as a warming drink whilst out, or after a meal, with a hint of sweetness with the mint from the liquorish, and yet no actual liquorish taste.

When I opened the box, they smelled lovely. Quite an invigorating scent. Great quality tea bags as expected from twinnings.I normally buy Peppermint and Liquorice but these were on offer so thought I'd try them.They are very tasty but feel the lemon in them is not necessary. I like to have tea quite strong and normally leave the bag in but the lemon made them quite bitter so need to take the bag out after a few minutes.I would buy again if they are on offer but feel they are too expensive full price and not very good value for money. Can buy a cheaper alternative brand elsewhere. I do prefer the peppermint and liquorice flavour but these are pleasant enough.

Fresh, tasty invigorating

Bought this as wanted to try a mint tea so see if it would help sleep. Having liquorice in it is lovely. Nice fresh taste and not too overpowering. Would be happy to drink at any time. Unable to buy in local stores so have gone for a subscription

Nice enough, but absolutely tasted like lemon and not spearmint.

I like this tea. Good flavour and can be drunk anytime to help one relax.

I love these, I can’t stop drinking them.I only fill my glass half way or they’re too watery - I prefer a smaller drink with stronger flavours, that way I really taste the liquorice and spearmint.It’s a tasty tea, with the rich, dark and sweet liquorice coming through first, then the spearmint, which also has sweetness but without the sharp menthol of peppermint, and lastly the lemon gives a nice edge.It tastes like honey had been added but there is no honey in this tea, it’s just a hint of sweetness which is really nice and I don’t take sugar in drinks.It’s a relaxing drink. I find it soothes stress.I love liquorice tea. Years ago I had some herbal tea my mum used to buy me in America - for migraines - it was liquorice, chamomile, peppermint and feverfew.I never could find that here but it tasted amazing and helped with the migraines a little too.I bought this because of the liquorice, it has a wonderful taste, but I wanted help with the migraines.Spearmint is much like peppermint for headaches, and I love the smell of spearmint. I also bought a separate Twinings chamomile tea and some feverfew tablets!Together they are similar to what I could buy elsewhere.I don’t understand the negative reviews of this tea but remember not to add too much water, and that liquorice is a love it or hate it taste - only buy if you love it!I’ve tried lots of Twinings tea and I love them all.They have a fantastic variety, they’re packaged nicely, look good in the kitchen and are well priced.
