When I apply it, I put a thick coat on my nails and cuticles and let it sit for as long as possible without touching it (15-30 min or even up to an hour). I use it once a day and it has worked a miracle on my weak, peeling nails! Full results took a month or two but omg I have long nails for the first time ever!
