It was delivered on time and packaged well. I purchased this for my son's ADD and it has been working wonderfully. I'm impressed at the difference I'm seeing with him using this. I started using some for my daughter's anxiety and it is working great for that too. This is a very impressive essential oil!

Disappointed in oil and no easy way to communicate with customer service to resolve.
I purchased this oil for use in my diffuser. It is too thick to get out of bottle. I have to use a toothpick to dig some out and then stir the toothpick in the water to get the oil in the water. I tried to contact seller but do not see any direct way to do that on the site. Given the price for a tiny amount, the thickness making it unusable for the intended use, I would not recommend to others.
