Yes you need this for your modified wltoys car or truck (make sure it fits your model first).
Contains all metal gears inside, but you’ll need to open it up and add some grease as it is shipped dry. You’ll also need to work the grease in and make sure it rotates smoothly and freely before installing. I had to work mine a bit and take it back apart a few times because it was a little stiff at first after adding Teflon lube.
