I heard so many benefits from eating flax seed oil, but I hesitated to try a new style of oil. first, I have added flax seed to my yogurt and pancake, rice, the bread which gave me an open mind to try a flaxseed oil.This Heivy flax seed oil delivered with good bubble wraps and has a one-year expiration date. I started to eat one tablespoon of the oil every day which is recommended.I add one tablespoon into smoothies, shakes, salads.I learned that flaxseed oil should not be used for cooking because it does not have a high smoke point, so can form harmful compounds when exposed to high heat.so use in fresh meal or pour over the already-cooked meal.Eating flaxseed oils every day without forgetting is a new challenge to me, but I am glad I am doing this for my health.

This is not pure flax oil. It is blended with sunflower seed oil. I have no idea how is the real percentage of flax oil in the bottle. Flax oil blended with sunflower seed oil is typically sold at the half price. I bought this for Omega-3, not Omega-6. The manufacturer should honestly put the real percentage of Omega-3 of this blended product in the label, and not misleadingly advertise how high percentage of Omega-3 of flaxseed oil.

Easy to take, but I would like to see expiration dates on the bottles.

It is good organic stuff , mixed with other stuff and other oil , and a bit smell but it is cool for some

Be careful with this because it can grow your hair and your nails too fast. I made a hair mask with this oil and after a few times mixing my hair mask recipe; I looked down at my nails and said, "OMG, my freaking nails were growing like a weed." I had to stop using it because I was getting too hairy my hair is thicker and longer and now I look like a Bush Baby!

Not even close to flax seed oil, what’s with the multiple other oils included?

It is definitely helping my arthritis in my right shoulder and other joints as well.I'm a disabled vet service connected at 100% and I feel that over time it has helped my heart pulse rate improve.

It's not pure Flax Oil, it's a "BLEND" of various oils. Very disappointed.
