Blundstone BL550 Classic 550 Chelsea Boot (Rustic Black 587, us_footwear_size_system, adult, women, numeric, medium, numeric_7)

They fit well but the break in period is long and the toe seems a little feminine. But overall they’re ok.

At first I ordered a men's 10.5 but received a 7.5 so I sent those back. I then ordered a women's 11/men's 11. This was a gamble because there is no way of knowing if what was to arrive was going to be a women's 11 or a men's 11. The gamble paid off, though, because it turned out to be a men's 11 which is what I wanted. My true shoe size is a US 10.5 but I thought I would be safe getting a 1/2 size bigger which was a good call. The men's 11 fits like a men's 10.5. The only small issue is the top of the arch on the left boot is slightly tighter than the right. My feet are the same so it is the boot that is a little different. I do believe, however, that the leather is starting to stretch to accommodate that foot and the boot seems to be getting more comfortable on that side. The right foot was always perfect so no issues there. On the good side, these boots are absolutely beautiful and seem to be very high quality. They are expensive so they better be! I am very pleased with the purchase and would go through the effort again just because they are such nice boots. Stylish, comfortable, and great soles for traction in the snow. I love them. If it weren't for the confusion about the shoe sizes, I would have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately for me these just won’t work. My normal shoe size depending on brand & style is 8.5 W to 9 M or W. I ordered these in 9.5. I found it difficult to get my foot past the tight elastic throat wearing mid to lightweight wool socks. Once on they just fit but when I tried to put them on with boot socks it was a no go. I liked the idea of these as a slip on goto footwear but it was too much of a struggle for me getting them on and off. A half size up would likely have afforded me the extra room for boot or hiking socks but I really was not ready to gamble on the throat easing satisfactorily. To me it didn’t feel as though there was much of an arch for support. I did like the soles which looked substantial with decent tread. The leather seemed as though it would break-in over time much like a work boot does.

2 year update- still going strong! Sole and leather upper show no signs of detaching and I’m still wearing them daily. Just applied a new coat of Obenauffs (see last 2 pics) and they’re good to go hopefully for at least another year!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1+ Year Update-I still really like these boots. They've held up pretty well over the year while wearing them almost daily. I've worn them mostly around town, on light hikes, and through rain, snow, and slush. They have kept my feet dry and in comfort. I appreciate how easy they are to pull on and off while still not really feeling loose like many slip on shoes.These days the elastic on the sides are starting to fray. The tread is wearing down too. The leather has held up remarkably well and there is only slight separation between the leather and the sole on one of the shoes. I'll probably end up buying another pair when these eventually fail me.These are certainly not BIFL, but I don't think any shoes are. They probably aren't made as well as they used to be when they were still made in Australia either, but they're still pretty damn good.______________________________________________________________________________________________I was looking for a pair of boots that could be my go-to multi-purpose easy on, easy off boots and these definitely fit the bill. They're rugged enough to be worn in nasty weather, but also look good enough to pass for business casual. I have a wide toe-box and often have trouble finding wide shoes that fit well. Being slip-ons, I was worried that I would have a lot of heel lift, but this wasn't a problem at all. They're quite tight at first, being almost annoyingly difficult to put on. As you wear them, they loosen up though. Plus, as with most quality leather shoes, the more you wear them, the more comfortable they get.I'll admit, I was initially attracted to them due to their popularity. I will also say that I'm immediately skeptical of products like this because I think some products get swept up into fashion fads and end up being poorly made. Not so with these boots. They're very light-weight but seem to be able to hold up to serious abuse. For those die-hard USA Made or bust folks (respect) but these are not for you. They say Australia all over the packaging and on the pull tabs but are actually made in Vietnam. Still, the quality is high and I expect them to last for a long time, even with lots of abuse.Like all leather boots I buy, I immediately treated them with Obenauf's and I recommend giving them a nice coating of a protective oil once and a while to extend the life of the material.I will update this review if my opinion changes as I continue to wear the boots.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I absolutely love this boot and square toe. It’s classy, classic and ultra comfortable. I have a high instep and slightly wider foot and the boot was comfortable, roomy, flexible. Great mucking boot or street fashion. Will buy in another color too.

These are nice boots but the quality seems lacking from what I expected from the reviews and price. The leather feels stiff and they don’t look as high quality as I expected. The fit is good, I’m a 10.5-11 womens and I ordered the US womens 11 / US mens 9 and I received an AU 8 which is exactly what I expected. They fit well, roomier in the toe box than most shoes which is great and just the right amount of room lengthwise. They are tight getting them on and off, I have a somewhat narrow foot and high arches and it’s a struggle getting them on and off but I’m hoping they loosen up. I’m really hoping they will get softer and more comfortable with wear. They have a chemical smell which kind of adds to the low quality feeling and I’m trying to let them air out for a while before wearing them. Overall I like them but expected better because of all the hype and the price. I love the style of them and I’m hoping that breaking them in will make them my favorites shoes.

If you never had this shoes you don’t know what you’re missing in life. Ones you get it you will be addicted and use it for the rest of your life.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered the 550 in Rustic Brown and received 562 in Crazy Horse Brown. I don’t have time for a return before my trip, but do like the 562s. They were sent in the right size, so I’m keeping them. Shoes are very high quality and I can tell why people love them. Unfortunately, they don’t fit the look I was hoping for with this shade of brown.

Llevo un par de meses con ellas y se amoldan a tú pie y se vuelve más suave y fácil de poner. Son resistentes a todo terreno y te incluye una suela extra en caso de que te quede muy grande. Las recomiendo totalmente.

I love these boots. Be very careful with the size you order. The size on the boot is the Australian size. This particular boot has yellow soles- which is kind of strange. I’m in canada and I wear a mens 10 1/2 and that is the same as the Australian size. They are extremely comfortable.

This is the second time I am ordering this product and it does not fit. I am not happy about this.

La verdad es que están muy bien, aunque el precio es bastante abusivo.Las utilizo para trabajar en el campo.En cuanto a las tallas, suelo calzar un 40 y en este caso el 38,5 me viene perfecto. Osea que talla grande.
