The media could not be loaded. This hydroponic system was easy to set up—everything was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. The build quality looks good, and I like that it comes with all the tools needed to get started right away.I’ve had it running for about two weeks so far, and everything seems to be working well. I’ll provide an update once I see how the plants grow. It’s not very large, which makes it beginner-friendly and easy to move around if needed.Overall, I’m really happy with it. It doesn’t take up much space, and now I have something fun and productive to do indoors during the cold Midwest winter.

It arrived fully together, which was a pleasant surprise, it does seem build well but the lid was either cracked when I opened the box or cracked very shortly afterwards. I didn't ever hear or see it crack, which leads me to believe it was an issue in shipping.It didn't ship with anything to hold it in place or protect it from being dropped either.So aside from that, it seems like a good product, just a flimsy lid that cracked in shipping.Edit: So, after a little back and forth and explaining what happened during shipping the seller did send me a replacement lid, it took a little time but it's worth it. It's a pretty decent item for the price.

Great for an apartment or condo! Easy to assemble and great way to get fresh herbs and vegetables

I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my mother. As soon as I set it up, the pump broke down. I’ve been going crazy looking for information on how to replace that pump, but there is nothing to be found. This is the problem with products from China… It is hard to solve an issue when you’re dealing with products from another country. *UPDATE- the seller for this product has reached out to me and has made every effort to rectify my issue. They have sent me the parts which I needed with an immediate response. This changes my perspective. I will gladly do business with them in the future.

It works (with a lot of workarounds...), and the water does hit the bottom of every pod (barely). But, that is the best thing I can say about this hydroponic system. It is definitely not an all inclusive system-- no light, no humidity domes, and misshapen baskets for the sponges. Plus, some of the sponges had a slit to insert the seeds-- but most of them were missing the slits on top of the sponges. The basket did not fit each pod, leaving them at an angle so the bottoms barely hit the water. I would have been very confused if I were new to hydroponic gardens. I have been using and creating hydroponic gardens for over 20 years, and my experience came in handy for this system. I would not order again.

This is such a great kit that include Ls so much to make it easy! Great size for my kitchen.
