I hope they never stop making this stuff. It has been an amazing find for me and my 3b curls. The shine, the softness! Several curly girls have stopped me to ask what curl routine/ product(s) I use and I eagerly share because I think this stuff is the main reason for more good curl days. It truly is an all in one product and I love the slip feel, not at all sticky like gel. I get best results when I section well, use Denman brush, and then defuse at least 30% dry. Then after it's completely dry and not minute before 😉 I crunch out the cast and get really smooth, shiny curl coils. Not wet looking like gel can sometimes be. I haven't figured out a way to use this product to refresh curls, it's too heavy for my curls for that but for day 1 hair, this is it!

Great product!
I have 2c curls, I get lots of frizz and dryness but this product is a game changer. It is light enough to not really weigh my hair down but clumps the curls and keeps them frizz free! Love! I am on day three curls and they look good!

It really works on thick hair.
My hair is very long and thick and I needed something to help detangle yet curled my hair without using heat. It worked very well and it doesn't have perfume smell and makes my hair very manageable. It also works as a setting lotion with rollers.

i only buy the doux styling products.
this foam works so good! it makes my hair feel so hydrated and look shiny when i do a wash and go. i like to pair this with the mousse def foam as well i always get amazing results. it does give a slight hold. in my opinion the mousse def has more of a cast. both products are really good and always make my curls look nice.

Flaking, unless used on WET hair, not just damp
Makes my hair flake. I’ve tried this product many times to see how I can get around it. It gets the job done and my curls hold for at least 5 days. But the flaking is unbearable. I’ve tried using less product once and it still flaked. I’ve paired it with the bee girl custard before (insane flaking). And the only time it didn’t flake was when I just used a lot of water to dampen my hair even more. That’s just my personal experience with medium porosity hair.

Excellent product for my toddler's hair. You only need a little. Good for coils, finger twists, afro styles, and much more. It smells Amazing too! Rating: 10 out of 10
