Great for any occasions, but a few balloons pop up after pumping air, but the air pump works great and made the balloons easier to blow air. These come in many different bright colors. I haven't tried helium though,I think it will come out great. I'm satisfied and happy with this package.

Be careful how full you fill the balloons or they will pop on their own. Nice kit that contains everything you need to decorate.
