Useless
I bought this when I was 8 months pregnant in an effort to help with the weight of the baby on my back. It was completely useless. Not only did the Velcro not stay put and ride up past my bump, but it was incredibly itchy. Ended up using it as a door stop for one of our doors that wouldn't stay open. It works great for that. Pretty pricey door stop option though.
