These are 60 large capsules of vitamin C + citrus bioflavonoids which despite the size I am getting them easy enough to swallow with no aftertaste. I have used this brand before and found their products really natural as well as beneficial to me.It's the first time with these specific item and the only reason why I am taking 1 star off is the short date of December 2023. I don't use it daily as I integrate with other supplements as well so 3 times a week works pretty well for me, however I have now to be mindful of the expiry date. Other than that, no side effects and at the current price of £10.95 I would rebuy

Due to health issues, I currently am on iron therapy. In order to benefit fully from it, I was advised to take it with vitamin C by a nurse. So I chose these capsules to take with the iron, in order to aid absorption of the iron.The capsules are quite on the large side, so some people may find them difficult to swallow. I take many capsules each day, so don't find them an issue at all.

This is a small tub of vitamin C with bioflavonoids. Each capsule contains 500mg synthetic Vit C buffered to be easy on the stomach by being less acidic, and 100mg Bioflavonoids. There are no additives or fillers so these capsules are as small as they can be at this strength.I looked up the manufacturer and they seem a science-driven, UK company. I like to know who makes the vitamins and supplements I take and they have a proper website with information about who they are and what they do.I take 1000mg Vit C daily in the winter so this is one month supply for me. If I'm getting sick, I up the dose significantly so I prefer buffered vitamin C to stop tummy problems.Buffered Vitamin C is more expensive but at £10.95 for 60 capsules of 500mg, this is still on the expensive side so am removing one star.

Compared with other products I've tried I find these more expensive and not particularly high dosage, contrary to how they're advertised. They go down 'ok' but are larger than some other Vit C pills I've recently been taking. Quality-wise they seem OK but I'm not minded to opt for these over other brands.
