While the longer handle one i have is nice its long handle makes dense windsgield ice unpleasant and cold. This one alongside that helps a ton to prevent my hands getting a little uncomfortably cold with the short handle giving great leverage and the sleeve helping when i stupidly forget my gloves haha!

My hands get cold as I have Raynaud's and lose circulation, so I thought this combination of a quilted mitt attached to a two-sided scraper might be a help when the windshield gets icy. I really found my hand stayed warm while scraping my frozen windshield, and I am able to turn the tool from the side with the scoring tips for making inroads into the ice, flipping it to the straight side that is good for scraping off the scored sections of ice. The mitt just stays in place, with no cold air getting inside it while I simply turn the handl of the scraper from side to side as needed. Very happy with this, with months of winter ahead here in the north!

The scraper has a nice, soft foam grip that is easy to hold and it feels good in the hand. The scraper slips through a hole at the top. The glove is nice and warm and water resistant. It will keep your hand warm and dry.Why I deducted a star was because of some slight ventilation that comes through that hole which holds the scraper. It’s not really a big deal on mild days, but on extreme cold days, this may be a concern to some. Wearing a glove underneath on colder days will help to keep that air away, but i think design wise, it could be solved with a snap so that no air comes through. It’s not a big gaping hole by any means, but you might feel some air come through like I did.I will have to wait until our weather has icier conditions so i can really test out how the scraper performs on heavier snowy/icy conditions. So far, we have just had very light, mild snow.Overall, I like this glove/scraper combo. It has been awhile since I’ve owned one of these. The one i had prior wasn’t as warm but the scraper was thick. I kinda worry about the longevity of this scraper however since it is so thin. For milder conditions, it should be fine. For colder and icy conditions, time will tell.I will update my review once i am able to really put it to the test. Just waiting on weather right now.

The glove does protect my hand. I only wish the arm "sleeve" was a little longer up on the arm. When pushing the snow off my window, the low cuff does not protect your upper arm. THIS IS A BIG DEAL if you are clearing snow every day. We do not have the luxury of having our car garaged. Another important note is that the blade is not as wide as it needs to be. If you give yourself a lot of time to clear off your windows, you are in good shape. However, it does take more time to clear snowy windows with a smaller, more narrow, scraping end. Here in snow country, that matters, big time.

This has been wonderful to have around through what’s been an icy and cold winter so far. It works great and keeps your hand super warm.

It's so nice to use this to scrape off snow from the windows. The elastic at the wrist prevents snow from getting inside the mitt. The mitt is waterproof and very warm. I actually look forward to using it. You don't even need gloves when using this.

this cleared my windshield very quickly and the added bonus of the mitten to cover your hand kept my hand nice and warm while using the scrapper. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. As my video shows, this little scraper works pretty well. My favorite part it the cozy, warm sleeve/mitt that keeps your hand and wrist warm and dry as you scrape. Even in temps well below freezing, with wind and snow, my hand did not get cold. The mitt is big enough for small and large hands. Plenty of space in there. I could even wear a glove on my hand and still it would fit fine inside the scraper mitt. On my very first trial with the scraper, there was a skim of ice stuck on the windshield, which was covered by a couple inches of snow. The scraper did not disappoint. Applying just a little pressure produced a completely clean glass. It worked well on the side mirrors and the windows, too. As with all plastic products, I’m sure with time, the blade will dull. I even noticed a small difference by the time I had scraped the entire vehicle. It may have been in part that my arm was getting tired by then, though. Something I might mention is that with a small car, I’m sure I could reach the whole windshield, but with a full size truck, I could not reach the middle. The handle on the scraper is not very long. I’m only 5’5”, however, so that contributes, also. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with this scraper.
