Black 4`Small Double Gas Lift Up Ottoman Faux Leather Storage Bed

This bed is really nice & just what we wanted BUT we had to ask for another footboard to be delivered as the correct fittings had not been pre fitted to one corner. The second footboard arrived within days but had the same fault - we believe it is for a side lift ottaman not end lift but it has to have the support corners fitted on both sides, not just one. We removed the fittings from one footboard and fitted on the other where missing (holes already there!) and this solved the problem - it was easy to do, not expected but could be done by anyone.Would recommend as excellent price/delivery and customer service.

Didn't receive email confirmation or text from company about delivery and ended up booking 2 days off work as when I tried tracked the item it said no tracking avail but it stated delivery today (which was the last day on the estimate they give you) after waiting in all day I emailed amazon who got back to me saying delivery would be next day! Wasn't too happy with that. 2 days annual leave waiting in!The bed itself is nice, looks good and not too difficult to put together but still haven't worked out how the arms connect to lift bed! When arms are connected with bolts to where it shows on instruction the bed remains suspended as the arms don't move so for now we aren't using the ottoman until we can figure this out. Bed is fit my teenage son and a good size.

Good quality , heavy needs 2 person lifting & carrying & paid assembly as have mobility problems.Was left further up the road with next door's elderly neighbour telling me , he is going to get very fed up before long before moved in fully.and multi buys delivered singly and left without prior notification surely not legal . Could health & safety policies of insurance & delivery companies and franchising out be the problem?

Delivered in 3 days and on a Sunday so I didn't have to take time off work . Stated 2 man easy assembly .... although it took me 4 hours I managed it on my own , with the help of some books to balance the sides . I've only given it 4 stars because the bottom of the base is only fabric , it would've been better if hardboard was used but overall I'm pleased with it , good price

The bed is really good and easy to put together. A small tip. When building the bed, you join the headboard and sides and end, this would be the time to put the material on the bottom. The reason being, you put the bed all together and then you are supposed to stand it on the headboard and fix the cloth. That's easier said than done, especially if you have carpet as the velcro STICKS to it.

Delivered earlier than expected, all items correct as per instruction sheet. Says 2 people needed to assemble, I did this on my own (surprise for my son) and the only part I struggled with were the bolts to put in the underneath metal supports, but apart from this the whole thing was easy to erect. Instructions straight forward and easy to follow. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and the finish of the bed.

This bed is brilliant, easy to put together. I had my son help me. You do need a bit of space to do it, as you need to get both sides. I've had it a while now, and the lifting action works really well and its easy to lift up one handed. I didn't use the base cloth that goes on the floor, instead I put under bed sized storage boxes inside to hold things, I decided they would be best sat on the carpet. They do need to be shallow enough to sit under the framework that lifts, but its not hard to find them at all.

Ideal bed for my son who is over 6 foot and does not have a big room. So far quality looks good and not too hard to put together.Would like a more solid base to the storage area though but would not stop me from recommending this bed
