OMG! At last....... Thank you they are "hot!" Finally just like they said spicy 🌶️ will buy again wish they came in a bigger container

Bought these to add to our homemade snack sticks. I rehydrated the peppers while I prepared the meat and hi-temp cheese, drained the peppers and added to the seasoning. Worked/mixed it in really well. Stuffed the mixture in the casings and refrigerated for 24 hours before smoking the links. The peppers were a great addition. Medium heat (our opinion) we will definitely purchase them again.

The peppers look great. The sealed jug has jalapenos listed as the only ingredient. Wish it listed where the peppers were actually grown but it does not.

I had high hopes for this spice. It’s a concept that needs further study because there is a niche for the right rendition of this as a spice. The freeze dried bits of jalapeño are kind of like chewing on twigs. I sprinkled the “flakes” on some shredded cheese to be melted on some chips and hoped for a bit of spice. It just tasted grass-like.

These are very handy when you don't have fresh.
