HawkinsLadies Trilby hat lace Flower Faux Leather Band Sun Summer

I got the 56 but it is a bit big, I do have a small head as I’m size 8, 5ft 1, so I’m small lol. I bought it because I had a hair disaster with bleach but it looks beautiful. I’ve had my hair done today but I still wore it. Great summer hat. My only problem is it says it’s not washable which will be a problem because I wear make up. I’ve no idea why a hat would be made not washable. But it is a pretty hat and yes looks more expensive than it is. The seller was great sending it out right away because of my hair disaster.

This hat arrived flat-packed in a slim box, so was in perfect condition when I took it out. It looks much better than expected and the quality is good for a hat of this price bracket. It is quirky, classic and feminine. It fits perfectly over my long, thick hair without being too snug and yet it stayed on my head during a walk along the cliffs yesterday. I have always wanted to be able to comfortably put my hair up into my hat, to get it off of my neck, but have never succeeded - until now! So for me this is the perfect, breathable, good-looking sun hat and I have already ordered two more in case they disappear from Amazon's shelves!

Sadly this pretty looking hat is made of loops of a plastic substance, one layer of which came apart a week after I received it and before I'd even had a chance to actually wear it. Was expecting something of a lightweight, cotton lace texture but the lace is backed by plastic weave inside the hat so would have been quite sweaty to wear.

Hat arrived 2 days early.... brilliant but there ends the good bit. Hat arrived squashed into flat box and was split where the crown meets the rim. Wife had to mend it before she could wear it. Afraid to send it back as it’ll probably cost more than the hat. Quality control non existent. Very disappointed.

This hat is ideal if like me you've only got a petite face. I don't normally do hats but this is a lovely fit and shades you well. It's very pretty and fold away nicely back in the flat box it came in without going out of shape.

Baught this ovely classy hat to wear on my cruise it looks more expensive than what i paid, a little on the small side but not to small i orderd size 56 i advice measure your head circumference first i didnt i took pot luck The colour is true to photo. Would recomend.

Have seen better quality for less money. The brim is uneven with one side wider than the other and the band, the brown bit with flower, is equally bad. Obviously quality control doesn't exist where this was made and the vendor obviously didn't bother to check it before sending it out.

Hat is comfortable and a great fit. It’s well made and looks great. Very happy with it as I’ve been looking for a hat for a while as generally they do not suit me!
