I have just had a knee op & one of the physio exercises is to step down from a step folding the operated knee joint. This was too painful off my 20cm staircase steps. This item enables me to start at 10cm then gradually build through 15cm to 20cm. I have placed it where I constantly have to step on then off it so my knee gets trained all day. It's a lovely stable piece of equipment. Highly recommend.

The product came today and after getting through 2 boxes of really excessive packaging (had to take out of first box before would go through my door) I opened up the second box.The step had mud on the grips and the different levels to heighten don't click properly on the underside of steps.I tried to set up and did click all ok when heightening but I recommend doing on a flat surface and does need quite considerable force.I was a little disappointment. Firstly this is recommended by Amazon and this item clearly had been used and no attempt made to even clean the step.Secondly, the storage feature is a great idea but if they don't stay securely in then completely pointless and causes more work which the whole thing is meant to avoid.As a whole it will do with what i need it for (after I clean it) but would not recommend this product as you won't know what state it comes in and quality just not there.

The step does its job. It's not quite wide enough in that I can't stand on the edge of it without it slightly tipping up, which makes it difficult to do certain exercises. The adjustable feet have slots that they go into underneath the step, but these feet will fall off far too easily if you tap the step or move it, which is really annoying. Other than that, it's great. The feet are easy to attach to increase or decrease the step height for your different exercises.

Seems that it maydo the job but isn't great quality and the design is flawed in that the rubber feet aren't long enough so they don't touch the floor. Means that it slips on hard floors.

Pretty nice step, sounds slightly crunchy when jumping over it, but holds it well (I'm 70 kg), only inconvenient is that over wooden floor is super slippery, needs a mat under itNot too wide, not too long, but enough for lying the upper body on it (my height is 166cm). Also means it's better for storage in home

Excellent stepper very stable and with Hight adjustment very flexible. My only slight niggle with it is if set to the middle height the second set of Hight adjusters can't be stored in the base. The height adjusters can only be stored in the base if no adjusters are used.

I got these to do some weight loaded step ups to help with knee stabilisation. They do what they are supposed to do, have a decent plate to stand on and is very stable..My only complaint is that there are only 2 layers of legs which means the step elevation is not as much as I would have liked and I have not seen any option to buy any more of the let portions.

This is exactly the same model as used in my gym so it was even more pleasing as I had often commented on the quality of their step decks. The storage area for the step levels is good and even better as the stay in place in fact the only disappointment is that it won't slide under the bed when not in use but I really like this product
