Amazon Basics Electric Coffee Grinder, Coffee Bean and Spice Grinder, With Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Grind Blades

Purchased this Amazon brand electric grinder as a backup one, incase my daily goes out so I can still enjoy a fresh cup everyday. Was very very hesitant in purchasing after reading some of the 1 & 2 star review stating it doesn’t last that long but who cares. As long as it works as a backup, I’m giving it 5 stars before even unboxing it.

This was purchased to use at work, so I wasn't looking for an expensive or fancy grinder--I was looking at price-point above all else. This fit the bill, but it's also a pretty darn good grinder. I exclusively use pour-over coffees, and I like to make individual cups, so I needed something that could do a very fine grind. Twenty to thirty seconds, and the grind was perfect for my daily cup(s). It's also not very loud in spite of what another reviewer mentioned. I don't work in a very quiet environment, though, so maybe my tolerance for noise is higher than usual.As mentioned in another review, there are a few places where the grinds get stuck. I just use a shot of compressed air, or a wipe to ensure that there isn't a buildup of grounds in the seams. It's worked so far!! Overall, it's very good.

I’ve never had a coffee grinder but I needed one for my espresso machine. It’s been great to have a quick and easy way to grind the coffee beans. The coffee beans are grounded up very finely: It is small enough to fit in a tight space like a coffee bar at home. The depending on the coffee brand but overall the smell is amazing. The noise is not so loud you won’t even tell that it’s on.

I love this coffee grinder. I bought it to grind my senior cat’s dry food and vitamins because of teeth issues and it works perfectly. She back to eating!

This was a gift to people that needed something to make coffee with after a lightening strike took out everything. They are very happy with the ease of operation.

I bought this product based on the description that this product can be used to grind both coffee and spices. Imagine my surprise when I opened the directions and is says to only use this to grind coffee beans -- nothing else. Nevertheless, I used the grinder to grind seeds and it works perfectly.
