These answers are incorrect. Tea tree oil is, in fact, poisonous. But toxicity allowance is about 0.8-1.1 mL/lb. Being generous, there is probably about 0.05 mL per toothpick meaning if you ingested all 100 picks its only 5 mL. For example, I weigh 170 lbs so I can consume about 136 mL which would be about 2700 toothpicks. In other words, yes it's poisonous but these won't hurt you. Nicotine is also poisonous.

There is no nicotine in the toothpicks.

yup. And for half price the price at a local Mexican grocery store in Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago.
