Incredible comfort for an incredible price
I have tried more than 10 different insoles from amazon and this one is easily the best. I'm finally back to running without any pain on the bottom of my feet. I'm very happy with these insoles and have purchased many of them now for all of my running shoes and I highly recommend them due to the quality and price.I typically do 10 - 15 miles of trail running on a weekly basis. I'm 48, 5'11, 215lbs, and wear size 12.5 running shoes. My left foot will typically go numb in the metatarsal area around mile 3 and start giving me pain for the remaining of the run. The metatarsal support in these insoles is exactly what I needed and I can run any distance now without pain. My knees can also give me pain when running, but these insoles seem to also cut down on any pain there, along with the neoprene knee braces I always wear when running. The insole will take up extra room in your shoe (like all insoles), so I would make sure to cut down the top of the insole (see photo) so that your toes do not get crammed in the front of your shoes. I would use an insole from another shoe that you know is the right size and then draw a line with a pen on the top of this insole and then cut along this line with scissors. I purchased the men's 12 - 12.5 and still needed to cut some off the top for my 12.5 shoes. I purposely buy my running shoes 0.5 - 1 size bigger than I would normally wear, to account for adding a better insole.

•I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for so long... 30+ years... I have so much damage control to do...•I bought from Hoka One One: sandals (pretty damned great), recovery sandals (two slices of marshmallow heaven), a "plush" sneaker (again, just fabulous), and a "neutral/balanced" sneaker...the first three I listed covered so much of what I needed: house/shower shoes, out of the house sandals, and well, sneakers... so it turns out I kept the "neutral/balanced" pair as "keep'em nice" and have barely ever worn them — as I've really started to notice the wear and tear on my dailies, I wanted to turn to wearing this fine-looking (pricey, for my budget), very well-made, and essentially brand new pair of shoes... as it would turn out, they are murder on my feet after— at most —an hour or two...I've spent an upsetting amount of dollars on bullcrap inserts (green feet? super feet? I found those were terrible for me and I felt like a sucker!) and I gave up looking after finding Hokas!) I decided I'd rather buy cheapies weekly than ever spend like a hundred dollars for garbage...These inserts, the blue ones, were immediately comfortable... like in a "noooo wayyyy" kind of moment... it's been about five hours of standing and walking... these are great, they saved an expensive pair of sneakers.I'm almost in a state of disbelief that I found these... and for the price?!Aaaaand I just realized these inserts might even allow me to wear shoes other than Hokas!UPDATEI've since worn my sneakers/these inserts for a few more full days, including two miles walking my dog every day...These things are great. No pain... until the very end of the day, and that's "just" a dull aching... which is my usual/best-case scenario, so these are definitely five stars.

Too tall/thick to fit in shoes
It seemed well made and like it would have been comfortable, but it’s just too tall/thick. It’s like a good inch thick. It fit inside my shoes, but then there was no room left for my foot.

Amazing!
I can't say enough good things about these! My feet were getting sore from my hour-long cardio sessions... I tried three different kinds of Dr. Scholl's and none of them helped the problem. I was about to spend $150+ on Hokas and I decided to give these a try... problem solved, no more sore feet, even when doing cardio every single day!

Great fit, but no shock absorption
I like that these insoles prevent overpronation, but you have to wear them with shoes that have a lot of cushion because these insoles have no shock absorption. They are a little stiff but good for stability. My heels hurt after wearing these at work. I had shoes with cushion and the insoles were nice but when I wore them with a different pair of shoes these insoles did nothing for shock absorption. My heels hurt just thinking about them I hope that another pair of shoes will compensate because the stability is great.
