Awesome product, kids love it too!
I love these goldenberries and wished I knew about them before :) I already bought mulberries and I like these beter as they fulfill me much better then the (sweeter) mulberries. If at night I feel like something to eat, I just take a hand of the goldenberries and am fulfilled - great!Goldenberries have a particular flavor, its not a sweet berry more a kind of great sourness. Kids love it too, actually I just served them some - a mix of goldenberries, goji, and currants which they are eating as I write this review!I reordered at least 3 times already, do try these if you like sour or want to expand your berry experience.PS I tried them in my blender once but since the blender is not great...that did not work so I would not recommend that (unless you have a machine like Vitamix...which I plan to get!)

Yummy and heathful
To each his own. My husband doesn't like these much, but he has a few now and again because for some reason they seem to lower his blood sugar. If you're diabetic and like sweet, tart dried fruit then these might be for you!I don't have blood sugar issues but I love these. I grab a handful as a snack in the afternoon most days. The flavor is pretty consistent. (There have been one or two individual berries that were bitter). I have added them to ice cream and tossed them in some salads too. Great little punch of flavor. They are a great source of antioxidants and Vitamin A which is great for your eyes.I did get two 8 oz packages as the descriptions says. And the price on Amazon is significantly better than local stores which shocked me. Even Whole Foods was twice as expensive.

Great when added to things... not so good by themselves
These have a tang to them. Just thinking about them right now is making my mouth water and pucker. I am not too fond of just eating them by themselves but if you make your own trail mix and add other berries, seeds, and nuts then these are more palatable. I also made wonderful and fresh tasting pancakes by adding orange juice and golden berries to the batter. Great way to start your day!!! I found the recipe in this cookbook http://www.amazon.com/Superfood-Kitchen-Cooking-Natures-Amazing/dp/145490352X

so I knew they made a good product, so I thought I would give them ...
I usually buy my Golden Berries from Sunfood, but I could not find them anywhere on Amazon at the time. I had bought Mulberries from Navitas Naturals before, so I knew they made a good product, so I thought I would give them a try. Compared to Sunfood's they are much more golden in color (as noted in the picture). They taste the same, yet Sunfood's is a little more tangier, even though my dad says the opposite, and Navitas Naturals are much more softer than Sunfood's. Navitas Naturals also are just a tad cheaper for the same amount, but I don't really look at that, I'm more interested in quality. I will be purchasing this product again.

Taste Bad!
These were recommended by Dr. Oz and so I ordered them. I can usually deal with sort of unpleasant tastes if it is good for me, but this one was one I just could not eat.

I got used to the tartiness and love them now
If you thing these will taste as sweet as raisins then you might be in a for a little shock. However I believe because they aren't as sweet and a little more tart, they are healthier for you and have many health benefits.I got use to the taste after my first bag and love them sprinkled either in a salad or a Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese to add a little natural flavor instead of all the sugar companies normally add. It makes food taste better.Enjoy them!

Most recent ones not yummy at all.
These are usually good but latest ones (purchased Jan 2018, good til March 2019) are different. They are dark, drier and taste kinda burnt and bitter. Returning them and hoping to try in few months.
