Edit: The seller reached out to me and apologized for the issue I had with the product. They also offered several solutions to try and correct the issue. I opted for a replacement scalp massager that was 100% silicone so the separation issue would not occur again. I very much appreciated their response because they did not have to reach out at all, the exchange was polite and professional. I have had this for about a month and the bristles have separated from the base and I can not put it back together. It seems as if it separated so it can be cleaned but I can not put it back together! I bought the 2 pack, one is fine but this is what happened to the other one. I will be requesting a partial refund because the product is no longer useful. It's a shame because I was enjoying the product, hence the 3 star rating. Hopefully I just received a defective one and it's not a huge quality control issue. Just something to be aware of.EDIT: Unfortunately this item does not qualify for refunds, replacement, or returns apparently. I changed my rating from 2 to 1 star because of this. Not great, be weary when purchasing.

Okay so the massager was nice I only ever used it a handful of times so can’t say much …but the scrunchie that comes with it…I bought this set a year ago and use the scrunchie like every day. Thought it would be simple to purchase another one from a different company since this company doesn’t sell them separate but NO! Nothing compares to this one. Which kinda blows bc I’m not a fan of the color but the quality is insane. I’m obsessed. I mean it’s just a scrunchie so perhaps this is over dramatic but ugh why won’t you sell the scrunchies on their own in more colors :((

It really tough, so if you have a sensitive scalp this may be too hard for you. Works fine for my husband, just expected the prong things to be a little more flexible.
