Strong, Pretty Colors, Latex-free
Excellent bands. Even the lightest-weight band is strong and doesn’t seem prone to break, despite heavy use for a month. There’s no weird smell. I love the pink colors, the latex-free band, and the price. I love them so much, I plan to buy a second set, cut off the extra, and make a knot so I can make a 12” loop and use them for lower-body training.

Great for the price.
These helped me through physical therapy and they will be a good addition to my workout. They seem durable and appropriately stretchy. They fold and are portable.As with all rubber, it will degrade and lead to potential breakage, so when it starts to feel rough (like rubber bands), it's best to discard.

Good for at home workouts
These bands are great for your at home workouts. I wanted something that was simple to use, clean, and store at my home for working out. These fit the bill great. I appreciate the different strength resistances and they’ve held up fairly well to regular use.

Multiple strengths and Exactly what I was looking for!
Very happy with this purchase. The different strengths of the bands work well for me. I am recuperating one leg and the lightweight works well with my therapy. The medium weight is great for my current overall strength level but as I get stronger I’ll have options.

Soy principiante. Compré el artículo para ejercitarme en el proceso de terapia de recuperación de una cirugía de remplazo de rodilla. Es excelente para ir fomentando el fortalecimiento de los músculos de la pierna y cadera. Lo más que me gusta es que con la variedad de resistencias que trae el paquete, puedo ir llevando a cabo el proceso aumentando gradualmente las resistencias, y en consecuencia, la fuerza muscular.El producto es bien manejable. Las tiras son finitas, pero anchas, suaves al tacto y lo suficientemente largas para hacer varios tipos de ejercicios. Las recomiendo. (No tengo fotos ni vídeos).

Portability for Vacations
Portable:I wanted to take it on my vacation, something that would take minimal luggage space. The medium band gave me the daily exercise I wanted on what became an extended vacation!
